Here to Help

We're absolutely committed to helping you. Please get in touch if you have any questions about Pixton Potted, our plants or the service we provide. We'll do our best to get back to you within 24 hours.

At Pixton Potted we aim to make the delivery of your trees and hedging stock as smooth and efficient as possible. We’re proud to offer free delivery on all orders, no matter the size or quantity.

Delivery schedule

  • Smaller Trees and Hedging Stock (up to 5 litre pots): We dispatch smaller trees and hedging stock twice a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays, using DX for next-day delivery. Once your order is scheduled for dispatch, you will receive a notification confirming the delivery date.

  • Larger Trees (above 5 litre pots): For larger trees that require special handling, we arrange a two-man delivery service to ensure your order arrives safely. Once your delivery is scheduled, you will receive a notification with the expected delivery date. Please note, larger trees are available for delivery from late October onwards, but you can place your order now to secure stock.

Packaging and Handling

We take great care to package and ship your plants in a way that ensures they arrive in perfect condition. Our team is experienced in handling delicate plants, and we use high-quality materials to protect them during transit.

Delivery Terms and Conditions

  • Notification: You will receive an email or text message notification once your order has been scheduled for delivery. Please ensure that someone is available to receive your delivery, especially for larger items requiring two-man delivery.

  • Delivery Locations: We currently deliver throughout the UK mainland. For any specific delivery requirements or questions about your location, please feel free to contact us.

  • Delivery Timing: Smaller orders should arrive the day after dispatch. For larger trees, we will arrange a delivery time that suits you. If there are any unforeseen delays, we will contact you to keep you informed.

If Something Goes Wrong

While we strive to ensure that all plants arrive in excellent condition, we understand that sometimes things can go wrong during transit. If your plants arrive damaged or unhealthy, please follow these steps:

  • Take Photos: As soon as you notice an issue, take clear photographs of the plant and any damage to the packaging.

  • Contact Us: Send the photos to [email/phone number], and our team will assess the situation and discuss replacement options with you.

We are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase, and we’ll work with you to resolve any delivery issues promptly.
